Astralink Pay users can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please send the request from the same email address used in your Astralink Pay account. This helps us verify account ownership.

Data that will be deleted or anonymized

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal account data, including your name, email address, phone number, profile information, notification token, and account access.

Data that may be retained

Some records such as transaction-related support history, security logs, or legally required records may be retained for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and security purposes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after verification.
